The new build MGB wide body race car had its first race this weekend at Snetterton. Despite being up against some seriously quick machines. B.M.W. M3 Honda Type R etc. Ollie Neaves managed to put it on pole.
Unfortunately rain at the start of the race, and slick tires meant he couldn't stay with the tread shod cars, but in drying conditions he did take the fastest lap towards the end of the 45 min race.

Well done to Hugh Pelling, the owner, Blaine Neaves for building such a good car and to Ollie Neaves for a master class on how to drive in the rain on slick tires!
